Thai Nishimatsu has stepped into one of significant milestone by expanding our business into real estate and land development, high-rise building, and oversea expansion,
TNC Real Estate Development Plan:
Starting from year 2020, our firm with professional partner in real estate development, has established a 1 stop service in real estate management consultancy and development, from property acquisition, feasibility study, until the final stage of design and construction. Recently finished project are such as Uniqlo Minburi & Pattanakrn Road Site Stores.
High-Rise Building:
After the long sentiment period of the Pandemic had begun, we have come to our mission to strengthen our spirit of construction, which is rooted in resilience and sustainable growth, by extending scope of service into high-rise building.
Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn Hotel project is our pilot project this year to show our determination and capability to become the leader in commercial section after the long gone since early 2000
Oversea Expansion:
With the full support from Nishimatsu Japan, Thai Nishimatsu has expanded our network into other regions especially in South East Asia. We have established our network recently in Vietnam and Lao PRD to support our client's expansion plan. Example of our project in Oversea are such as,

Through our "Monitoring System", the real-time site management system, client can be assured that the construction activities on site will be monitored, updated, and corrected real-time
by All Nishimatsu, not only on-site staff, but also the site management center (Thailand Head Office), and the engineering department of the Tokyo Head Office.
