PEB

MONITIRING SYSTEM

We have introduced New Project Management System　using 360°Camera, CCTV camera, Drone and TNC HQ staff who work in BKK observe the progress of the construction, grasp the outline of the site remotely and support the site staff timely. And NCC staff who work in Tokyo also observe the patrol by remote / actual visit as All Nishimatsu.

BIMS

BIM (Building Information Model or Building Information Modeling) is a process that is useful for planning, designing, and constructing buildings. It offers a comprehensive approach using 3D modeling systems through various software such as Autodesk Revit, Archicad, Plannerly, and the like.
Thai Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. launched BIM (Building Information Modeling) in 2018 to enhance the efficiency of building design, cost, material quantity calculation, and model creation. This initiative aims to provide customers with the best proposals and solutions.
Currently, the Revit software, which is part of our BIM, is extensively utilized in our company for building design and construction phases as shown below.

Environmental technology

OKIPPA

OKIPPA monitors changes for 24 hours in a place where monitoring and control is required on behalf of you. Since it is a change monitoring cloud system that utilizes Sigfox, the optimal communication standard for IoT, you can receive changing condition and control data from anywhere and at any time. No power facilities, wiring, or base stations are required, unlike conventional monitoring and control systems. It id a battery-powered monitoring system, so you can start it immediately just by installing it. It can be used for areas and locations that previously could not be monitored or controlled as it significantly reduces unit costs, as well as maintenance and operational costs compared to conventional products,

KUMONOS

KUMONOS is a crack and other concrete defects inspection and measurement system. It allows to measure cracks of 0.4mm width from 100m distance, record their shapes and automatically plot data in CAD applications.This increase in measurable range allows safe and secure crack inspection in places where scaffolds or boom lifts have been required, and crack inspection was difficult or impossible.

BAUM

The Baum Pile Driving Navigation System is an innovative solution for reliable pile driving work.
It helps to improve work efficiency by providing an effective management method for pile driving process. With this system, you can easily obtain angle of inclination and positional coordinates of piles during its driving process.
It also allows you to create real-time reports and realize single inspector’s operation for the measurements. With Baum Pile Driving Navigation System, you can make sure that your pile driving work is done accurately and efficiently.

3D SCANNER

3D laser scanner is a device that captures shapes of surrounding objects in a form of “point clouds” – meaning that all information become digitized. The data can be utilized for modeling, monitoring of infrastructure, security checks, designs and etc.

REAL ESTATE PLAN

Thai Nishimatsu has stepped into one of significant milestone by expanding our business into real estate and land development.
Starting from year 2020, our firm has established a new service by offering a comprehensive range of real estate services, from property acquisition and development to leasing and management.
Our experienced and knowledgeable team will provide tailored solutions to meet your real estate needs. Our pilot projects are implemented and being launched in Thailand and neighbouring countries.

GRAND NIKKO HOTEL BANGKOK SATHORN

Located in the Sathorn district, the first Grand Nikko-branded hotel in Thailand will offer 405 keys, of which 36 will be designed for longer-staying guests.
Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn will be Okura Nikko Hotel Management’s fifth property in Thailand F&B venues on-site will include an all-day dining facility, a teppanyaki restaurant, a restaurant serving general Japanese cuisine, and a rooftop bar on the 34th floor with panoramic views across Bangkok.
Recreational facilities include a fitness centre and spa, while business guests and event planners will be able to avail an executive lounge, two banquet halls and six meeting rooms.
Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn will be built with sustainability in mind, and can be accessed via a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and a five-minute walk from Chong Nonsi Skytrain station.

STAND ALONE CLOTHING STORE

Thai Nishimatsu is excited to announce our recent partnership with MUL Nishimatsu Property to launch land development and lease services in 2017.
We are proud to present our pilot projects of standalone clothing stores in Minburi and Pattanakarn.

Thai Nishimatsu takes role in design & construction. Meanwhile, MUL Nishimatsu Property takes role in land development and finding tenant.

PAKSE JAPAN SME-SEZ

At 8 August 2015 “Pakse-Japan SME SEZ” was approved to be special economic zone that exclusive for Japanese manufacturer business Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd. has recently been involved in the development of the Pakse-Japan SME SEZ Development co., Ltd., a project that covers more than 195 hector of land. Phase 1 of the project covers more than 56 hector, and six companies have already been approved to operate within the special economic zone.

PPA FEATURES

  • Providing alternative form of energy procurement service based on “Solar Power System” to manufacturing by offering zero-investment (no upfront cost) and lower-priced electricity.
  • Providing a solution for inadequate power generated from existing solar panel, this service will provide additional source of electricity as a 1-stop service covering from solar panel installation, power supply, to system maintenance.
  • Offering a bundle package of factory construction + Solar Panel Installation, the solar panel installation can be done parallel with the construction of the factory.

SOLAR PANEL
